We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) team. This position is ideal for nurses who excel in high-acuity environments and are committed to delivering exceptional critical care.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill adult patients

Monitor and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on complex care plans

Manage and troubleshoot advanced life-support equipment

Ensure thorough documentation and adherence to clinical standards

Requirements :

Active RN license (state-specific)

Minimum of 2 years of recent MICU experience required

Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical assessment skills

Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
