WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A FOH SUPERVISOR?

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our hospitality mission :

• Courteously greet, escort, and thank guests upon departure, setting the tone for exceptional experiences
• Take food and beverage orders with expertise and enthusiasm
• Retrieve and serve alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages and food orders according to our high service standards
• Process payments efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures and security protocols
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all guest information
• Create excellent guest experiences that ensure satisfaction and build lasting memories
• Assist in maintaining our beautiful restaurant space and equipment
• Support management in fostering our positive, cohesive team culture through mentorship and leadership
