Field Technician Supervisor

We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on  Field Technician Supervisor  to lead our team in a fast-paced technical and / or critical environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of  facility upkeep ,  environmental cleanliness standards , and  strong leadership qualities .

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities of a team of up to 2 - 10 technicians in the field depending on business needs.
• Participate in hands-on cleaning tasks alongside the team to set the standard and provide ongoing training.
• Lead by example and provide in-field support, coaching, and mentorship to crew members.
• Safely transport personnel, tools, and materials to and from job sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews, operations, sales staff, and the client.
• Quickly address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges to keep projects on track.
• Manage team performance, providing guidance, motivation, and corrective action as needed.
• Support performance evaluations and feedback for crew and senior-level technicians.
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of reports, logs, and related paperwork.
• Ensure proper use, care, and accountability of all tools, materials, and safety equipment.
• Promote adherence to safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Responsible for crew training and contribute to the development of technician skills.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and assist with special projects as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
