Responsibilities :

• Responsible for managing the client relationship, elaborating quotation proposals that fit their needs and offering the best possible solutions.
• Responsible for following up on opportunities in the Salesforce tool and keeping each opportunity updated, making the required updates, in order to ensure the closure of sales opportunities.
• Elaborate and execute the plan of visits to assigned clients, with the objective of maintaining and strengthening the commercial relationship, improving the connection and approach with the client.
• Elaborate budgets for parts, services of preventive and corrective labor, providing the solution to the measure of the client's need.
• Provide support to the Operational area in the management of the client, scope of services and the required information.
• Provide the required support to accounts receivable in disputes as support for the collection of invoices.
• Provide support to Sales in the credit management of clients, creation of clients, creation of suppliers, among others.
