Overview
The Amazon Growth and Advertising Strategist will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Amazon Growth to fuel the next stage of growth-driving ad performance, launching new products, and ensuring every listing is polished, optimized, and ready to convert.
Responsibilities
- Lead and continually optimize our Amazon ad campaigns, managing a monthly six-figure budget to drive growth at scale
- Build launch strategies that give new products a powerful lift—helping them rank quickly and gain early sales momentum
- Dive deep into performance metrics (TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CVR, CTR, and more), analyzing results and iterating on strategies to maximize ROI
- Stay on top of trends using keyword research, competitor insights, and market analysis to fuel smarter ad and listing strategies
- Spearhead our rollout into Amazon DSP, building this from the ground up to expand our brand's reach
- Create and share clear, actionable reporting that highlights wins, lessons, and opportunities to expand
- Familiar with multi-marketplace advertising across United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, with the ability to navigate regional nuances and adapt strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the Director of Amazon Growth to keep our full Amazon catalog (US, Canada and UK) polished, accurate, and conversion-ready
- Contribute to ongoing optimization of titles, bullets, images, A+ content, and backend keywords to boost rankings and drive sales
- Use data and customer insights to suggest and test new approaches that elevate product pages and boost conversion
- Help track competitor listings to spot trends, uncover gaps, and stay one step ahead
- Confidently handle Seller Support cases and leverage flat files to efficiently troubleshoot and update listings
Profile / Qualifications
Passion for data-driven growth marketing and staying ahead of marketplace trendsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)3-5+ years of experience managing Amazon advertising at scale (ideally $100K+ / month budgets)Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (3P) catalogs and Amazon Advertising Console campaignsDeep knowledge of keyword research, campaign structure, and listing optimization best practicesHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; experience with Helium 10 or Pacvue is a plusStrong analytical mindset with excellent communication and project management skillsExposure to or experience with Amazon DSP (or a strong interest in learning and leading this)Job Offer
