Commissions (Compensation) Analyst

Commercial Strategy & Operations ("CSO") (i.e., Lantern's Revenue Operations team) supports the President and broader go-to-market function, including Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Channel Partners (health plans, ecosystem partners, and benefits consultants / brokers), and Provider Network Development. CSO is responsible for Commercial strategy, planning, insights, systems / tools, process, and data. This role reports to the Director, CSO Analytics & Insights and will support compensation administration and commercial analytics for all commercial departments.
