Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team.

The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to delivering high-quality therapy services.

This position is primarily focused on outpatient care but may involve work in acute and inpatient rehab settings as needed.

Key Responsibilities Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other complex conditions Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function Document progress and outcomes in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to support interdisciplinary care Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, and long-term wellness practices Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all patients and team members Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist license issued by the State of North Carolina Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Strong understanding of physical therapy services in outpatient settings , with experience in acute and / or inpatient rehabilitation preferred Candidates must apply directly to the open Physical Therapist position on the organization's official careers website to be considered Preferred Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) credential is a plus Salary & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and education Comprehensive benefits package , including :
