Primary Responsibilities :

• Maintain Physical Plant and Equipment : Ensure all facility equipment and physical structures are in excellent condition, adhering to safety and operational standards.
• Mechanical Equipment Management : Manage the operation and maintenance of principal mechanical equipment such as pools, steam rooms, saunas, hot yoga rooms, HVAC systems, and elevators.
• Supervise Daily Operations : Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance tasks and facility- side activities to ensure smooth operation.
• Crisis Management : Act as the primary point of contact for crisis and issue management, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Vendor and Service Contract Management : Manage MEP vendors and service contracts, ensuring adherence to budget constraints while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
• Team Management : Supervise maintenance technicians to ensure task lists and general cleaning schedules are adhered to efficiently.
• Project Coordination : Manage and build project task lists, coordinating with maintenance staff to schedule work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Emergency Response : Utilize staff, service contracts, and emergency contact lists to rectify urgent repairs promptly and effectively.
• Safety and Compliance : Ensure all areas of the facility meet safety standards and operate smoothly, conducting regular inspections and implementing necessary improvements.
• Reporting : Provide comprehensive Daily Activity Reports on mechanical issues and activities to the Chief Engineer
• Vendor Relationships : Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring services are delivered according to agreed terms and resolving any issues promptly.
