• Patient Ratios : 1 : 4, 1 : 5
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit Secretary and PCTs
• Type of equipment : traction, fixators, cooling equipment
• Documentation system : Meditech
• Scheduling requirements : 3 12s, 3 weekend shifts per schedule period
• Floating policy : Contract labor is first to float. Would float to the other MedSurg level of care units (General MS, Nephrology, Neuro / Trauma)
