Line Lead

$19-22 / hr

Pay :   $19-$22 per hour

Job Summary :

As a Line Leader, you will :

  • Greet guests and guide their dining experience.
  • Serve and prepare food & drinks following Mighty Quinn's unique recipes.
  • Operate the POS system and handle payment transactions.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of our menu and describe offerings to guests.
  • Set up, maintain, and break down service areas.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Provide support to both Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams, as needed.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

    • Requirements :

  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for our epic BBQ.
  • Willingness to take on various tasks and assist co-workers.
  • Uphold high standards with a positive attitude.
  • 18 years old
  • Food Handlers certificate (or ability to get one before your start date)
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, and lifting heavy equipment and food product cases.
