Job Brief :
The Project Coordinator works closely with and supports the Project Manager to oversee administrative tasks, communication with stakeholders, and ensure resource availability for the project team.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Provides support with the development of project management documents.Executes project management, administrative, and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports, among other financial documents.Coordinates the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time.Assigns tasks to team members and helps them understand what’s expected related to project milestones and deliverables.Helps project managers monitor project progress and the team’s performance against timelines and deliverables.Schedules stakeholder meetings, provides documentation, and generates reports.Fosters cross-team collaboration.Participates / complies with company safety programs & company policies.Assists the project manager with document control, updating, and records monitoring.Work with vendors to provide project submittals.Other duties as required.Required Skills / Qualifications :
Project management certifications, Certified Associate in Project Management, Project Management Professional, or similar.2 years administrative or coordinator experience required.Working knowledge of project management software and proficient with MS Office.Proficient and professional communication skills.Exceptional problem solver and highly organized.Adaptable to change.Good time management, delegation, planning, goal setting, and decision-making skills.Self-Management Behaviors (expected of all employees in the Control Tech family) :
