Key Responsibilities

Receive in-depth training and be assigned to a specific team for client calls

Make 16-24 completed calls per hour using predictive dialing equipment while following approved scripts

Secure financial gifts from donors and maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics

Required Qualifications

1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record

Dedicated wired internet connection

A quiet workspace free from household interruptions

Basic computer skills

Commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit causes
