About the Position :

About the Position :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive OpenAir / NetSuite System Administrator to oversee the configuration, administration, and ongoing support of our OpenAir and NetSuite platforms. This role will play a key part in managing data integrity, executing data migrations, and providing technical and user support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

System Administration & Configuration

Maintain, configure, and optimize OpenAir and NetSuite environments to align with business needs.
Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, custom fields, reports, and dashboards.
Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, stability, and scalability.

Data Migration & Integration

Lead and execute data migrations between systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security of data.

Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to map, validate, and clean data during migration projects.

Support integrations with third-party systems and ensure data flows accurately between platforms.

Support & Troubleshooting

Serve as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting related to OpenAir and NetSuite.

Resolve system issues, escalate tickets as necessary, and liaise with vendor support.

Create and maintain user documentation, training guides, and FAQs.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve system processes and efficiencies through automation or configuration updates.

Stay up to date on NetSuite and OpenAir updates, releases, and best practices.

Recommend and implement enhancements based on evolving business needs

QUALIFICATIONS :

3+ years of hands-on experience administering NetSuite and / or OpenAir.

Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules (Financials, Projects, Timesheets, etc.) and OpenAir PSA.

Proven experience with data migration, cleansing, and validation.

Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, or similar tools is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.

This is a hybrid role with three days a week (Tues - Thurs) in-office at our studio in New York.

Salary Pay Range

$85,000—$95,000 USD
