The Minimum Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (skid steers, front-end loaders)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance
