Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain training materials and deliver engaging training sessions
Identify training needs and develop scalable training programs aligned with business priorities
Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with leaders to address skill gaps
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in training, facilitation, or instructional design, preferably in a contact center
Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or pet care environments
Professional certifications in training or instructional design are preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LMS and virtual training tools
