Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Base pay range : $65,000.00 / yr - $75,000.00 / yr

Additional compensation types : Commission

Job Summary

As a Commercial Maintenance Account Manager, you'll be the face of our service delivery—building strong relationships with clients, ensuring contract performance, and partnering with our operations team to deliver exceptional landscape maintenance services. You'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where client satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth go hand in hand.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted relationships with commercial clients across your assigned portfolio
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring high satisfaction and contract compliance
Identify client needs and proactively recommend value-added services or enhancements
Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and oversee routine maintenance, seasonal work, and special projects
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
Manage budgets, monitor profitability, and support renewals and upselling opportunities
Resolve service issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high customer retention rates
Maintain accurate records using CRM or other account management tools

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building

Experience managing client accounts, preferably in a service-based industry

Ability to lead and collaborate across teams to deliver client solutions

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities

Comfortable conducting site walks and quality audits in outdoor environments

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus

Previous experience in commercial landscaping, property management, or a related field is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

Local market knowledge and existing client relationships in commercial real estate, property management, or related sectors

Strong understanding of landscape maintenance services and seasonal planning

Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts and maintain service quality

Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) are a plus
