As a Commercial Maintenance Account Manager, you'll be the face of our service delivery—building strong relationships with clients, ensuring contract performance, and partnering with our operations team to deliver exceptional landscape maintenance services. You'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where client satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth go hand in hand.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with commercial clients across your assigned portfolio
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring high satisfaction and contract compliance
- Identify client needs and proactively recommend value-added services or enhancements
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and oversee routine maintenance, seasonal work, and special projects
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
- Manage budgets, monitor profitability, and support renewals and upselling opportunities
- Resolve service issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high customer retention rates
- Maintain accurate records using CRM or other account management tools
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship buildingExperience managing client accounts, preferably in a service-based industryAbility to lead and collaborate across teams to deliver client solutionsWell-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and prioritiesComfortable conducting site walks and quality audits in outdoor environmentsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plusPrevious experience in commercial landscaping, property management, or a related field is highly desirablePreferred Qualifications
Local market knowledge and existing client relationships in commercial real estate, property management, or related sectorsStrong understanding of landscape maintenance services and seasonal planningProven ability to manage a high volume of accounts and maintain service qualityBilingual skills (English / Spanish) are a plusSeniority level
