VIP / Mezz Supervisor Responsibilities :
- Help create a professional, upscale, welcoming environment for guests from all walks of life
- Oversee VIP guests, entertainers and Bottle Service team
- Greet and escort customers, and provide personal service to our VIP guests and bottle service guests
- Manage payments and beginning / end times for private rooms
- Establish relationships with guests and make each one feel valued
- Book parties and VIP events.
- Promote special events to customers.
- Scheduling of entertainer
- Nightly supervision of all Top of the Standard floor staff including bar, host & door team
- Managing all aspects of operations
- Scheduling staff
- Work with other departments to execute events and private parties
