Alluvionic is seeking an HR Associate to play a crucial role in the HR department by assisting with day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient delivery of HR services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills. They will collaborate closely with HR managers and other team members to execute HR initiatives, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional support to employees.

Must be a US Citizen. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
• Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, and update relevant HR systems accordingly.
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, and communication with benefits providers.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, recognition programs, employee surveys, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
