Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse RN

An established critical access hospital located in the northern Maine region is currently searching for an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join their cherished healthcare organization.\n\nThis 25-bed full-service critical access hospital provides a wide variety of award-winning acute care services to many surrounding communities. The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will join a system that is known as an integral member of the community that provides world-class inpatient and outpatient medical, surgical, and emergency services. This organization is built on quality and strives to provide a safe environment that is conducive to patient healing and overall customer satisfaction.\n\nUnder direction of the Unit Director and Unit Charge Nurse, the Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will independently provide individualized nursing care for the patients in the obstetric unit. The Labor and Delivery RN will perform functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating of all assigned patient care areas. The Labor and Delivery Registered will adhere to all hospital policies, including state and federal guidelines.\n\nRequirements Include : \n

• Registered Nurse in the state of Maine\n
• Minimum 4 years of acute care nursing experience\n
• Demonstrated leadership skills\n
