Tasting Room & Events Manager

Location : Haak Vineyards & Winery – Santa Fe, TX

Schedule : Thursday–Monday | Full Time

Haak Vineyards & Winery is seeking an experienced and service-focused Tasting Room & Events Manager to lead our tasting room operations and manage all winery-hosted events that involve service staff. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring outstanding guest experiences while overseeing staff scheduling, inventory, food & beverage service, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day tasting room operations and team supervision

Schedule, train, and oversee front-of-house and event service staff

Reconcile daily tills and manage POS systems

Oversee wine and food inventory, ordering, and cost management

Coordinate and execute winery events (weddings, live music, private tastings)

Supervise limited food offerings and ensure compliance with health regulations

Qualifications

3+ years in hospitality or winery management

Strong leadership and multitasking skills

Proficiency with POS and cash handling procedures

TABC & Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Passion for wine and creating memorable guest experiences
