  • Clinic locations :

Clinton, OK

  • El Reno, OK
  • Outpatient Primary Care clinic

    • ASAP 6-month contract with the ability to extend coverage

  • Credentialing timeframe : Roughly 6-8 weeks
  • Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts, 40 hours weekly (full-time coverage required)
  • No call coverage required
  • 12-15 patients / day
  • Treating all ages (mostly acute and geriatric care)

    • IM physicians will not treat kids

  • Facility uses EMR, will train
  • Will provide travel / lodging accommodations
  • Provider requirements :

    • Active state medical license (any state)

  • DEA active
  • BLS active
