Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following : American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine Active TX License or ability to obtain it Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
Coverage Needed :
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
- 12hr shifts
- Main facility and 4 of it's affiliated FSEDs
