The Role :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to join our team onsite in LaVergne, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background providing hands-on IT support in a manufacturing environment. This is a hybrid role responsible for providing day-to-day support for design engineering and manufacturing technology including CAD, CAM, MES, product marking & labeling, and shipping applications as well as requirements gathering and participation in systems improvement projects.

Your Responsibilities :

• Support : Provide direct daily support for engineers and operations staff using Autodesk products, Synergis Adept, Inductive Automation Ignition, Teklynx CodeSoft, E2Open Parcel Ship, FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip.
• System Integration : Collaborate with IT support and infrastructure teams to integrate and optimize systems, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between IT and OT environments.
• Monitoring and Maintenance : Continuously monitor applications and OT systems to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of applications and OT systems, configurations, and processes to support ongoing operations and future upgrades.
• Compliance : Ensure all IT and OT systems comply with relevant industry standards and security best practices.
• Maintain appropriate incident SLAs and backlogs.
