Restoration Supervisor

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the company's Here to Help commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent yourself and the SERVPRO Brand in a professional manner at all times.
- Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services tracked with online reviews.
- Communicate clear expectations to Restoration Technicians / general laborers and supervise their activities.
- Coordinate and perform restoration processes according to IICRC guidelines as scheduled and ensure quality control.
- Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
- Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
- Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
- Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
- Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
- Coach and train Restoration technicians.
- Communicate with Restoration manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
- Oversee facility and grounds maintenance, as assigned.
- Continue development of Restoration expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.
Position Qualifications
Valid driver's licenseClean driving recordAbility to pass a criminal background checkMust be available to work 40-60 hours per week, nights and weekends as needed.Must be available 1-2 weeks per month for rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.High school diploma / GED (Required)At least 1 year of restoration experience (required)Prior experience in a supervisory role (required)One-year experience in construction (preferred)IICRC certified (preferred)One year experience with Docusketch, Xactimate, Xactanaylsis (preferred)Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies
Comfortable utilizing industry specific technology, computers, tablets, laptopsAbility to learn to utilize company specific software, systems and processes.Clear and effective communication (oral, verbal, and email).Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning agentsBenefits
