Overview :

The Inside Sales Manager's role is to prospect future clients, develop & nurture the customer relationship, and manage the entire relationship between client and Circle Logistics. Emphasis will be on prospecting and the development of new business.

Your Day-to-Day :

  • Work closely with the Director of Sales and corporate resources to learn the business full-circle
  • Prospect, call, and connect with potential clients to grow your portfolio
  • Conduct Virtual and Face-to-face presentations of our service offerings to customers
  • Negotiate pricing with customers
  • Convert prospects into customers and focus on complete supply chain solutions
  • Responsible for the identification of and communication of potential growth opportunities

  • Proven B2B sales experience you know how to hunt, close, and build relationships
  • Sharp negotiation skills paired with confident, professional communication
  • Bachelors degree preferred, but equivalent experience gets our attention
  • Strong written and verbal communication that builds trust and gets results
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities with ease
  • Meticulous attention to detail because small mistakes can cost big in this business
  • Willingness to go the extra mile including after hours or weekends if needed
