- Experience managing patient evaluations and care plans with an\ninterdisciplinary team\n
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills are essential, as\nthis role involves close coordination with multidisciplinary teams\nacross UHS and other UW-Madison programs\n
- Ability to adapt to varied clinical environments, including\nPrimary Care, Community Health and campus outreach settings\n
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of\nWisconsin\n
- Current BLS CPR certification or able to obtain prior to start\ndate\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n
- Experience managing patient evaluations and care plans\nindependently using standard nurse protocols\n
- Experience in ambulatory or public health\n
