We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Maintenance Technician to join the Oregon Garden Resort. You’ll keep our resort in top shape—troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining systems so guests and staff have a safe, comfortable experience.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
• Diagnose and resolve guest room and facility issues efficiently
• Complete routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Communicate and track work via radio / Whistle app; close out work orders accurately
• Follow safety procedures; assist with after-hours / emergency repairs when needed
• Support larger projects and seasonal setup / maintenance for the Silverton Christmas Market
• Operate and care for tools / equipment properly
