Located in the heart of downtown Versailles, Kentucky the Aldenberg Hotel will bring an elegant white tablecloth steakhouse to life with a new and exciting hospitality group where we will pride ourselves in exquisitely refined classic American steakhouse fare.

Silk's Steakhouse in Versailles is looking for the Host with the most.

Previous hosting is desired, but not required.  Key Responsibilities :

• Seating Guests : Efficiently seat guests at designated tables, considering group size, preferences, and server sections.  Managing Waitlist : Maintain and manage the waitlist, providing accurate wait times and notifying guests when tables are available.  Answering Inquiries : Answer phone calls, address guest inquiries, and provide information about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.  Maintaining Cleanliness : Ensure the front-of-house area, including the entrance, waiting area, and tables, are clean and organized.  Assisting Staff : Assist other staff members as needed, such as clearing tables, restocking condiments, or folding silverware.  Problem Solving : Address guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.  Knowledge of the Menu : Familiarize yourself with the menu and be able to answer questions about dishes and dietary options.  Skills and Qualifications : Excellent Customer Service Skills :  Ability to interact with guests in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
