Account Manager
NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for a large State & Local customer. This key staff position requires full-time commitment and senior-level engagement to ensure seamless coordination, issue resolution, and strategic communication across all contract activities.
Key responsibilities include :
- Serving as the senior manager and primary point of contact for all contract-related services and communications with the customer.
- Leading day-to-day coordination and resolution of contract activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Representing customer concerns to NTT DATA's executive and operational leadership.
- Participating in all contract-related workgroups initiated by the customer or NTT DATA.
- Maintaining 24 / 7 / 365 availability, including designated backup coverage, to support contract operations.
Basic qualifications include :
Minimum 5 years of experience managing government accounts or in a government sales role.Minimum 5 years of experience in leading day-to-day activities and project delivery.Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.Preferred qualifications include :
Experience managing complex government contracts and service delivery.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.Proven knowledge of government business practices, including those specific to the State of Florida and its authorized users.Familiarity with State of Florida program goals, operational standards, and reporting requirements.Why NTT DATA?
