Culinary Managing Partner Qualifications :
- Proven executive-level culinary leadership - 5+ years in high-level leadership roles and strong industry progression
- Experience opening and operating high-volume, chef-driven restaurants
- Strong business acumen and comfort managing P&L, budgets, and vendor negotiations
- Passion for peoplementorship, team-building, and guest experience
- Creativity in menu development with a clear culinary point of view
- A hands-on, collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset
Culinary Managing Partner Responsibilities :
Lead all culinary operations, from concept to executionOversee kitchen design, staffing, recipe development, and vendor partnershipsSet and maintain exceptional standards for food quality, consistency, and presentationCollaborate with ownership to shape menus, seasonal specials, and overall culinary directionHire, train, and mentor a high-performing BOH teamManage food cost, labor budgets, and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulationsCreate a kitchen culture rooted in excellence, accountability, and creativityCulinary Managing Partner Benefits :
