Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC-R Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC-R systems for commercial properties. Youll work on a variety of projects, ensuring comfort and efficiency for our clients. Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions
  • Ensure all systems meet safety and quality standards
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC-R systems
  • Communicate with clients about system status and needed repairs
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
  • Work efficiently and independently, managing time effectively
  • Participate in monthly team events and ongoing training

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an HVAC-R technician, preferably in commercial settings
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC-R systems, components, and controls
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues
  • Relevant certifications (EPA, NATE, or similar) are a plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
