Key Responsibilities :

• Requirements Gathering : Work with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs and system requirements
• Process Analysis : Study existing workflows and business processes to recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
• Documentation : Create detailed functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• System Design Support : Translate business needs into system specifications for developers and solution architects.
• Testing & Validation : Support QA and UAT by validating that system functionality meets requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Change Management Support : Help with training, knowledge transfer, and rollout planning when new systems or features go live.
• Engagement Planning : Develop strategies to engage stakeholders at appropriate stages of a project or initiative.
• Communication Management : Provide clear, timely, and tailored communication to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Expectation Setting : Clarify objectives, deliverables, timelines, and constraints to avoid misalignment.
• Relationship Building : Build trust and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
