  • Own and execute marketing campaigns across all channels : SEO / SEM, social, email, content, ads & more
  • Launch innovative strategies that supercharge brand visibility and generate leads
  • Partner with our creative, operations, and club teams to craft compelling content and experiences
  • Develop and manage data-driven campaigns that crush performance goals
  • Optimize landing pages, A / B test concepts, and keep a sharp eye on trends and insights
  • Visit clubs regularly to capture authentic content (photos, videos, testimonials)
  • Analyze results, report on metrics, and adapt strategies for continuous growth
  • Manage budgets smartly and outmaneuver competitors with creative flair

    • What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of digital marketing experience with proven, measurable success
  • A creative mindset with the skills to engage and convert audiences
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, CRM (HubSpot preferred), and content creation
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, HTML / CSS, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with lead management, A / B testing, and email campaigns
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web platforms – you\'re tech-savvy and data-hungry
  • Positive attitude, a team-first mentality, and a relentless drive to win

    • Additional Requirements

  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs. and stay active throughout the workday
  • Comfortable working on-site, visiting clubs, and interacting with staff and members
  • Professional demeanor and appearance – you\'re representing the Gold’s Gym brand!

    • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years in a digital marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced, consumer-driven space
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms strongly preferred
