Job Summary
Responsible for assuring products conform to established requirements and standards through appropriate audit, inspection, and test activities. Interacts with many different functional departments, suppliers, and experts outside to implement Quality goals.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulate procedures, specifications, and standards for products and processes.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventative action plans.
- Collect and analyze data for gauge and product evaluations.
- Identify critical personnel, gauges, procedures, and materials required for the completion of new product introductions.
- Ensure that suppliers have the necessary information and capabilities to deliver quality products.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.Alternatively, a non-engineering bachelor's degree with Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role or equivalent combination of education and experience.CQE certification preferred.
