Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime.
• Utilize hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers to adjust and fix equipment.
• Work collaboratively with a team to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• 3-4 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency in mechanical repair and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with gearboxes and production equipment.

Work Environment

Join a dedicated team of 12 maintenance professionals within a plant of over 100 production workers. Work requires wearing steel-toed boots with shift start times at 5 a.m. or 6 a.m. for the first shift, and 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. for the second shift, Monday through Friday, including working 2-3 Saturdays per month. The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $81120.00 / yr.
