Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time.  Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers.  Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.  Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines :  Reliability System Safety and Supportability.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Systems Engineering, Life Cycle Engineering Section Lead - Patriot to join our team supporting the Patriot Missile Program.

The Manager Systems Engineering, Life Cycle Engineering Section Lead - Patriot will manage a team of Logistics Engineers focused on delivering engineering products and services to our Program offices. As the Manager Systems Engineering, Life Cycle Engineering Section Lead - Patriot , you will use Program Management Excellence (PMX) tools such as manpower planning, project cost account management using Earned Value Management System (EVMS), cost proposal development and Estimate At Completion (EAC) analysis. This position is an ONSITE position based at our Andover or Tewksbury facilities.

• Ensure quality and timeliness of work products produced within the section
• Employee growth, productivity improvement, and recognition
• Personnel issue resolution
• Ensuring compliance with company policies / procedures
• Ensuring all personnel are properly prepared and trained for the tasks they are assigned
• Leveraging best practices across all programs
• Growing capabilities of the section to meet future customer needs
• Approximately 5% travel is required

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
