Repair Supervisor

Overview

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Repair Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the repair team responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic assemblies, systems, and components. You will lead a group of technicians, ensure repair quality, manage workflow, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment. The Repair Supervisor will coordinate repair operations, enforce quality standards, and serve as a bridge between the repair team, engineering, and leadership while assisting the Operations Department as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the repair team, including assignment of work, monitoring productivity, and ensuring adherence to repair schedules.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance in diagnosing and repairing PCBA, server, and system-level failures.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, repair procedures, and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify root causes of recurring failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Train, mentor, and develop repair technicians to strengthen technical capabilities and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Track repair performance metrics (turnaround time, yield, and first-pass success rate) and report results to management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repair activities, test results, and parts usage in company systems.
• Manage material flow and inventory for repair activities, including coordination with supply chain teams.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized repair area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance repair efficiency and reduce repeat failures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
