Regional Asset Protection Manager - Hayward, CA Area
The Regional Asset Protection Manager oversees all asset protection programs and activities for assigned banner / area and other assigned company locations. This position will carry out assignments from Asset Protection (AP) leadership, assisting in investigations and due diligence as needed. The Regional Asset Protection Manager maintains camera and onsite asset protection systems at all assigned locations and acts as liaison between Bookkeeping / Audit Department, and onsite management teams to ensure timely resolution to issues and opportunities to improve asset protection. The position is responsible for asset protection business plans, annual projections and budget for assigned areas. The role provides training and guidance on best practices on asset protection store management and Operations leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and administer Asset Protection strategies and programs to reduce inventory shrinkage and losses; visits store's and engages teams regularly, attending Operational meetings.
- Budget and plan for remodels and new stores in terms of Asset Protection tools and strategies.
- Lead the effective execution of corporate Asset Protection programs and initiatives.
- Implement physical security plans and tools, including cameras and keys guides; direct assigned Loss Prevention staff on building effective internal and external theft cases.
- Review and analyze data and data systems to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure execution of the company's Asset Protection program for assigned area; displays leadership in delivering expected results
- Act as a liaison with local law enforcement and government agencies as appropriate
- Participate in store training activities
- Keep AP leadership abreast of all major cases and pertinent activities
- Perform other duties as assigned

Hiring pay range : $77,091.00 - 82,000.00
