Star Wipers is seeking an experienced, motivated, career oriented, Plant Manger to oversee and optimize its operations in Newark, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. shift, Monday – Friday with salary range of $80k-$100k / year.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the daily operations of the Newark facility including packaging, production and distribution departments and ensuring production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Effectively communicate with and mentor 70+ team members
• Overseeing staffing, operational, reporting, and planning.
• Developing and implementing procedures to improve productivity and workflow or improve existing procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and quality management programs.
• Overseeing the distribution center operations, including logistics and maintenance.
• Guiding and supporting the production team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
