Responsibilities Work in a hospital setting as part of a Medical-Surgical / Telemetry float pool Patient assignment ratio is 6 : 1 Night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week Required to work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule Must be willing to float between four facilities as assigned Float pool nurses must be flexible and able to adapt to different units and workflows Responsible for providing patient care, utilizing critical thinking and clinical judgment in accordance with hospital policy RTO requests must be less than one week Drivers license required for consideration Shift accountability for supervising and delegating to assigned staff Continuous education and maintaining clinical competencies are expected Requirements Active AZ or compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required At least 2 years of recent RN experience, including recent telemetry experience No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months No certification should expire within the first 30 days of assignment Not eligible if employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-627660.
