What You'll Do
Lead and contribute to transformation projects that influence business decisions, challenge legacy processes, and redefine the mission of Division FinanceDesign and evolve training frameworks for Division Finance teams, ensuring alignment with transformation goals and operational excellenceBuild and maintain strong relationships with multiple Division Finance teams, acting as a connector and advocating for changeCoordinates near and long-term planning activities to ensure consistency and compliance with corporate action plansManage up effectively by delivering consistent, insightful reporting on organizational initiatives, including process maps, initiative rationale, and value creationCoordinate near- and long-term planning activities in alignment with corporate strategiesIntegrate training into broader transformation efforts by aligning learning objectives with organizational goals, ensuring that every training touchpoint reinforces the "why" and the value behind each initiativeAll You'll Need For Success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience / training2-3 years of related work experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the full MS Office SuitePreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or AlteryxWorking knowledge of SQL, Python / R, SAP, Hyperion, or other ERP systems is a plusSkills, Licenses & Certifications
