Description :

Candidates must ensure that all required documentation is submitted.

A prescreen must be filled out and attached with the submission.

The resume and license verification also need to be attached.

Failure to complete these items will result in disqualification.

Candidates with new graduate status are acceptable.

Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities is preferred.

A COVID test is required 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior.
