A company is looking for a Case Manager located in Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; or Orlando, FL.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for client, provider, and customer inquiries regarding patient programs
Support patients and providers with program enrollment, benefits verification, and referrals
Maintain accurate documentation and communication while managing an assigned territory and case load
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, call center, or insurance roles, preferably in healthcare
Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 8am-8pm EST
Proficient in using Microsoft programs and navigating multiple systems
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
