Rental Shop Technician II – Ragged Mountain

The Rentals Equipment Technician aids guests in obtaining the appropriate equipment for their visit to Ragged Mountain. The Technician is responsible for sizing boots, setting up skis and snowboards, adjusting bindings for boot size and DIN settings, and ensuring the proper use of equipment and completion of appropriate paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Station set-up and tools.
• Calculate binding settings and perform adjustments for each guest.
• Check every binding with a boot for each rental.
• Inform each guest how to use the equipment rented.
• Give each guest a return slip and inform guest of ski number.
• Provide services to guests.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the rental manager.

Supervision

Direction is received from the Rental Shop Manager.
