Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations, including :

• Managing budgets and controlling costs
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Developing menus and managing inventory
• Leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment
