Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the administrative team by performing a variety of tasks. These include answering and directing phone calls, preparing various types of correspondence, assisting with calendar scheduling, placing orders, distributing mail, and managing company vehicles and contracts. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for developing the monthly call schedule for the administration and other departments. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a professional environment.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Requirements :

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant preferred
• Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, copiers, fax machines, and scanners
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with publishing or graphic design software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with visitors, government agencies, employees, and the general public
