Requirements & Must Haves
2–3 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurantProven ability to drive top-line sales through marketing, promotions, and guest engagementTech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort using multiple systemsHands-on operator with a “kind but fair” leadership style ; able to hold teams accountableDetail-oriented with a focus on consistency and operational standardsResponsibilities
Lead day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-visibility environmentBuild, train, and motivate a strong FOH and BOH teamEnsure consistency in service, execution, and systemsDrive sales growth while maintaining profitability and guest satisfaction
