Provides rehabilitative treatments for cognitive and physical disorders under Occupational Therapist supervision. Administers ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices. Monitors patient progress and collaborates with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust care. Reports treatment outcomes to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Consults patients, families, caregivers, and service providers. Communicates with supervisors and health team members on progress, barriers, and plans. Contributes to discharge summaries. Maintains accurate documentation and treatment records per requirements. Records treatment minutes per regulations. Attends patient care, utilization review, and rehab meetings. Participates in required trainings and in-services. Assists in obtaining needed DME or supplies. Supports and supervises students under guidance. Follows NBCOT / AOTA and State codes of conduct and ethics. Holds active State Licensure / Registration when applicable.
