The CRM Segmentation Analyst will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing campaigns by building and delivering accurate audience files across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, social media, mobile app, and SMS, using the Simon CDP platform. The CRM Segmentation Analyst will also create reports that guide operational, strategic, and business initiatives while conducting QA testing of segments, flows, and output files to ensure accuracy and performance. Success in this role requires a strong foundation in marketing concepts across digital, social, email, and call center channels. Attention to detail and a commitment to data security are critical, as you will be responsible for ensuring all campaign files are delivered on time, error-free, and in full compliance with State, Federal, and organizational requirements.

How You'll Shine :

• Deliver and post critical campaign data files, in various formats, for various internal and external business partners to a secure file platform and archive them for historical reference.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards to support the team's performance goals, as well as to research data issues and inquiries.
• Establish and maintain a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual campaign calendar to ensure file deadlines are documented and understood, and necessary coverage is in place.
• Carefully review and test the accuracy and quality of all data files prior to their delivery.
