Licensed Therapist Adolescent Mental Health (Full-Time)

Were seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) with a passion for working with adolescents and their families. Your Role

As a Licensed Therapist at HavenRise, youll :

  • Provide individual and group therapy for adolescent clients using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.).
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when required.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and outside providers for continuity of care.
  • Actively participate in treatment team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

    • What Were Looking For

  • Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Current Florida license as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience providing therapy to adolescents (behavioral health setting preferred).
  • Skilled in evidence-based interventions and crisis management.
  • Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR systems.
  • Passion for helping adolescents achieve emotional wellness and resilience.

    🕒 Schedule : Full-Time

    Annual salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
